With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and transformational leadership coach, mentor, counsellor, and social worker, I create a climate of trust and safety that helps my audience dissolve immediate concerns in order to embark on a path of new understanding and hope.

I believe in fostering open and honest communication in a non-judgmental and compassionate way. My approach is underpinned by the values of empathy, respect, and sensitivity.
